HE Director of the Protocol Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Kingdom of Belgium Ambassador Olivier Belle received a copy of the credentials of HE Khalid bin Fahd Al Hajri, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Kingdom of Belgium.
