Digital Transformation Program for School Principals Launched

The Department of e-Learning in the Department of Curriculum and Learning Resources in coordination with the Training and Professional Development Center organized a program (Digital Transformation) for school principals for all stages in order to develop technological skills and ways of employing them in the school administration, within the framework of cooperation between the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE) and Microsoft.

Ms. Khuloud Salem Al Malki, e-project coordinator at the Department of Curriculum and Learning Resources at the Office of Assistant Undersecretary for Educational Affairs pointed out that the trend towards technology and adapting it to the educational work has become necessary to reach an integrated educational environment. She added that the program implemented by MOEHE with Microsoft has gone through stages in order to achieve the vision of Qatar 2030, which aims to transform into an e-learning environment, as well as the schools to benefit from the modern technologies, and guide them to the use of technology, and the expansion of the educational processes that enable the student to acquire personal skills, in addition to make them more ready for university and labor market.
