The Fencing Grand Prix Qatar 2019 continued successfully at the Aspire Done on Saturday . About 372 players from 55 countries are competing for top honours in various categories.
On Saturday, the women’s competitions took the centre-stage, started from the preliminary round, the 128th round and 64th round and will be conclude on Sunday.
Qatar is represented by 11 female fencers, headlined by both Sara and Haya Diab, Thkrayat al Abdulla, Aisha Al Baker, and Noof al Mazrooei.
Sunday will see tough competitions in rounds 64th , 32nd , 16th , last eight, semifinals and final for both men and women.
Qatar Fencing Grand Prix is one of the most significant world sport championships hosted annually by the Qatar’s Weightlifting and Fencing Federation (QWFF) since 2004.
