Geneva, Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA) and Chairman of the Anti-Violence and Addiction Committee, launched the Maan "Together" mobile security awareness exhibition during Bahrain's participation in the 57th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva. Shaikh Hisham highlighted that the exhibition uses virtual reality to engage the public, offering interactive sections on e-learning, competitions, the effects of mind-altering substances, online child protection, and the role of parents in safeguarding children. He also noted its ease of transport and effective content. Attendees praised Bahrain's efforts in implementing the Maan programme to combat violence and addiction, emphasising the exhibition's value in fostering international collaboration to protect youth from negative influences.
