The Environmental and Municipal Studies announced that the third phase of the “Training and Qualifying New Recruits” Program has been launched at the Theatre Hall of Ar-Rayyan Municipality. The Program is a part of the Strategic Training Plan of the Ministry of Municipality and Environment which aims at developing human cadres and enhancing job knowledge and skills. The Training Program shall be held for two weeks during current January. The Program targets 89 male and female employees from all sectors and departments of the Ministry.
Dr. Muhammad Seif Al-Kawari, Manager of the Environmental and Municipal Studies Centre, confirmed that the “Training and Qualifying New Recruits” Program aims at providing a complete overview of the Ministry of Municipality and Environment in order to create a good impression in the minds of the new recruits so as to form a solid basis for realizing success and corroborating business relations. The Training Program is divided into two main phases. The theoretical aspect of the Program includes an overview of Qatar National Vision 2030 and a presentation of the strategy, vision, mission and objectives of the Ministry of Municipality and Environment which contribute to realizing Qatar National Strategy 2018/2022. In addition, it provides a presentation and illustration of the organizational structure of the Ministry including the duties assigned to all sectors and departments working in the Ministry. Besides, the presentation covers the laws and legislations related to the Ministry.
