The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE) has published the annual calendar of schools for the upcoming academic year 2021-2022, which included the start dates for staff and students until the academic year 2023/2022.
• Employees start working in schools for the academic year 2021/2022: August 16, 2021.
• Second round exams for the academic year 2020/2021 for all grades (1-12) day - senior education: August 18 to August 26, 2021.
• Start of school for students for the academic year 2021/2022: August 29, 2021.
• Mid-year academic break December 19 to December 30, 2021.
• Beginning of the second semester: January 2, 2022.
• End of the second semester exams for grades 1-9 day - adult education: May 31 to June 8, 2022.
• Employees vacation in schools: July 19 to August 11, 2022.
