“71.6%” of Respondents Are Satisfied at Online Service of National Address

A poll conducted by Qatar Official e-Government Portal, Hukoomi about the new online service (National Address) that enables users to add or change their national address, has shown the satisfaction of respondents who numbered 306 respondents.

The poll that is currently posted on Qatar Official e-Government Portal, Hukoomi states that 71.6% of the respondents have regarded the new online service as very helpful, and 20.2% regarded the service as helpful, while 8.2% regarded the service as unhelpful.

The issued National Address Law (NAL) has constituted a cultural leap to keep pace with the economic and social developments and legislative advancement that have been recently witnessed by the State of Qatar. The goal of issuing this law, planned to be implemented soon, is to achieve the strategic development of the e-Government, complete the legislative structure necessary for online government transactions and move from descriptive address to digital address.
