The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs is currently finalizing the third phase of updating its e-platform app for planning the human resources of the government Mawared, which will be launched in the first quarter of the new year.
During the past period, the Ministry has been keen on following up on all the comments and suggestions received by the employees of the government entities that are subject to the Civil Human Resource Law, who use the second version of Mawared in their daily work.
This application comes within the framework of the implementation of the second phase of Mawared system, which provides state-of-the-art technologies that enable government entities to enhance the capabilities of the workforce and raise the level of human resources services. It also provides a unified database for all government employees to ensure speed and accuracy by providing data and information such as data analytical and statistical reports that support decision-makers in line with the Qatar National Vision 2030.
