The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs (MADLSA) confirmed that the number of transactions submitted to the Government Service Complexes for the 2019 exceeded 1.8 million transactions through 11 complexes that provide (332) direct services to the public.
Currently, 10 Government entities provide essential services that concern a large segment of the society, aiming to making it easier for the public and saving their efforts of moving between different entities to finish their transactions. People with disabilities and the elderly are given priority by specialized supervisors, who carry out their transactions. Furthermore, there is a plan to allocate a car for the people with disabilities and the elderly to provide them with the services available in the Government services complex at their residences.
MADLSA has implemented an electronic network with the Ministry of the Interior, to facilitate transactions of employment, recruitment, visa issuance and other services. Common services between the two ministries will also be provided through the Government Complexes including recruitment and visa transactions.
