HE Prime Minister and Acting Minister of Interior of the Republic of Tunisia Hichem Mechichi met at his residence on Sunday during his current visit to Qatar with HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani.

During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries and the developments of the situation in Libya.

The two sides affirmed the aspiration of the two brotherly countries to develop cooperation in a way that strengthens relations in various fields, especially in investment and economy.

HE the Tunisian Prime Minister expressed thanks to the State of Qatar for its support for the Tunisian people and for providing job opportunities for the Tunisian community.

For his part, HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs reiterated the State of Qatar's full support for the brotherly Tunisian people to achieve progress and prosperity.
