Ibrahim Ali Al Burshaid, Assistant Undersecretary for Education at the Ministry of Education, announced that 1,500 secondary technical and vocational students have joined the "Takween" field training programme this academic year. The programme involves 250 cooperating government and private companies and institutions. The first group began their intensive four-week practical training at the start of the school year, with ministry-appointed mentors overseeing their progress.
