Nine Palestinian citizens were martyred on Friday, in Israeli shelling of western and southern Gaza City. The Civil Defense Authority in Gaza City announced the martyrdom of 3 people as a result of Israeli shelling of a group of Palestinian citizens in the vicinity of Al-Amal Hotel in Al-Rimal neighborhood, west of Gaza City. Six other people were also martyred in Israeli shelling that targeted a group of citizens in Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood, south of Gaza City. Eyewitnesses said that the Israeli occupation forces shelled Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood, south of Gaza City, which led to the martyrdom of three citizens and the injury of others. The Israeli occupation forces have continued their aggression on the Gaza Strip, by land, air and sea, since October 7, 2023, which resulted in the martyrdom of 39,480 Palestinian citizens, most of whom were children and women, and the injury of 91,128 others, while thousands of victims were still under the rubble and on the roads where ambulance and civil defense crews ca nnot reach them.
