Tehran, Iran and the Sultanate of Oman have stressed the need for the international community to take firm measures to halt the brutal aggression against the Palestinian people and achieve justice and freedom for them, as stipulated in the relevant international conventions. This came during a meeting on Monday between Iran's Interim Foreign Minister Ali Bagheri Kani and Oman's Foreign Minister Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, who is visiting Iran. The two sides also affirmed the importance of continuing dialogue and cooperation between countries in the region to address common challenges. During the meeting, the two sides touched on a number of regional and international issues, and efforts aimed at finding political and peaceful solutions to the ongoing conflicts in the Middle East.
