Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the skies will be partly cloudy to cloudy in general, and rains will fall over the coastal and northwestern regions, warning against fog in the inland regions and frost over the mountains. The winds will be of changeable direction to southwesterly, with a light to moderate speed, and the sea waves will be low in amplitude.
