Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam, Speaker of the Council of Representatives sent a cable of congratulations to Saudi Shura Council Chairman Shaikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Shaikh on the success of this year's Hajj season.
The Speaker commended the efforts of Saudi Arabia, led by King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to provide services that ensure the comfort and safety of pilgrims while performing Hajj rituals.
The big success of this year's Hajj season is an extension of Saudi's track record in managing this Islamic ritual since the days of the late Founder King Abdulaziz, the Speaker said, adding that this asserts the role and contributions of Saudi Arabia in serving Islam.
The Speaker wished Saudi Arabia and its people further progress and prosperity.
