The Presidential Committee for Civil Peace confirms that the law is the decisive factor between everyone

The Presidential Committee for Civil Peace stressed the importance of preserving human rights by security personnel, especially those who are arrested, stressing that the law is the decisive factor between everyone.

During its meeting with the leadership of the Hebron region, the Presidential Committee for Civil Peace called on citizens not to be drawn into rumors and strife, and to use the language of reason and dialogue.

The head of the Presidential Committee for Civil Peace, a leader in the Fatah movement, Lafi Ghaith, said that the security men are among our children and they have a duty to protect their brothers and fathers from suspects and outlaws, and we have a duty, which is to support them in resisting the negative phenomena that threaten civil peace.

For his part, the Commander of the Hebron region, Brigadier General Hazem Abu Hanoud, stressed that the security establishment is continuing its work and nothing will prevent it from fulfilling its mission to protect the Palestinian people. He stressed that preserving the dignity of citizens stands among the priorities of the security forces, and what happened in Hebron. It is an individual case that does not reflect the position of the security establishment, and those who misused the law will be held accountable.

During the meeting, it was confirmed that the families and tribesmen are behind the security men by continuing their work, and making more efforts in cooperation with the local community to combat negative phenomena and arrest outlaws and bring them to justice so that they receive their punishment according to the law.
