Moscow, The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that over the past 24 hours, units of its armed forces inflicted heavy losses on Ukrainian military formations, strengthened their positions, liberated two new towns, and destroyed a helicopter, ammunition depots, and 40 Ukrainian drones in various axes. The Ministry said that units of the Russian 'North' forces group defeated Kiev forces in positions in the Kharkov region, and repelled four attacks launched by Ukrainian formations, during which the attacking forces lost 145 soldiers, three military vehicles, five field guns and a rocket launcher. Units from the 'Western' group of forces liberated the town of Rozovka in the Lugansk People's Republic and Byshannoy Nizhny in the Kharkov region, and defeated Kiev formations in positions in the Kharkov and Donetsk regions. This resulted in the killing of more than 520 Ukrainian soldiers, and the destruction of two armored combat vehicles, 12 cars, 8 field guns, a radar station, and five Ammunition depots.
