Kuwait, Antonio Guterres, the Secretary General of the United Nations, said Kuwait is a beacon of humanitarian work as well as a vital and unique partner of the United Nations due to its extensive efforts proliferating peace in the region. In an interview with KUNA, Guterres highlighted the Kuwaiti-UN cooperation, commending Kuwait for its numerous humanitarian stances. Guterres expressed his appreciation to Kuwait for donating $30 million to UNRWA, the backbone UN entity aiding the Palestinian people.
