Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, met with Diego Martínez Belío, Spain's State Secretary for Foreign and Global Affairs, in Madrid.
