Three people were injured in a shooting during a summer carnival in the Dutch port city of Rotterdam.
Police fired several shots at a shooter. The victims and the shooter were taken to hospital. Their conditions were unknown.
The Dutch police said that other suspects have been arrested, while investigations are still ongoing.
The Summer Carnival is an annual event that takes place in the city of Rotterdam and is attended by nearly one million people.
