Bethlehem - Ma'an - Dozens of citizens were killed and injured on Tuesday in Israeli shelling of several areas in the Gaza Strip. In the city of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip, 17 citizens were killed and dozens were injured, most of them children and women, in an occupation raid that targeted the Al-Attar area, which is crowded with displaced people west of Khan Yunis. They were transferred to Nasser Hospital in the city. 17 martyrs and dozens of wounded, including women and children, arrived at Al-Awda Hospital in Al-Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip, after the occupation targeted Al-Razi School affiliated with UNRWA, which houses thousands of displaced people, in Camp 2 in Al-Nuseirat. The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) said that the Israeli occupation had targeted five of its schools over the past ten days, calling for the need to protect all United Nations facilities. The Israeli occupation forces have continued their aggression on the Gaza Strip, by land, sea and air, since October 7, 2023, resulting in the martyrdom of more than 38,713 citizens, the majority of whom are women and children, and the injury of more than 89,166 others, in an incomplete toll, as thousands of victims are still under the rubble.
