An earthquake measuring 5.2 magnitude struck Sunday south of the Kermadec Islands off the coast of New Zealand. The earthquake occurred at a depth of 39 km, while no tsunami warnings were issued, the US Geological Survey reported. No reports of human losses or material damage due to the earthquake so far.
