Beirut, The Lebanese National News Agency reported that nine Lebanese were injured as a result of Israeli shelling a house in the town of Seddiqine in southern Lebanon, leading to its complete destruction. Israeli warplanes also conducted mock raids over villages in the district of Sidon and along the coast, and launched photoflash bombs over border villages adjacent to the Blue Line. Israeli warplanes had launched an airstrike last night with several rockets targeting the area between the towns of Bint Jbeil and Maroun al-Ras. Furthermore, the Israeli entity intensified its airstrikes on villages and towns in southern Lebanon. Field sources informed Qatar News Agency that Israeli warplanes carried out a series of missile airstrikes targeting the town of Dhahira and its outskirts, the area of Labouna, southern Naqoura town, and the town of Ayta ash Shab. The airstrikes coincided with artillery and phosphorus shelling targeting the outskirts of Dhahira and Aita ash Shab. The Israeli entity continues to esc alate its aggression against towns and villages in southern Lebanon, in parallel with its heinous and ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, resulting in casualties and injuries among civilians and forcing hundreds of families to flee their homes.
