A mass IT outage has caused chaos around the world

A number of companies around the world such as major Banks, media outlets, and airlines, have been hit globally by a computer system outage caused by a technical glitch in the 'CrowdStrike' cybersecurity program Friday. The British newspaper, Financial Times, reported that the service outage was due to a glitch during an update to the 'CrowdStrike' program, which caused a problem in the Windows system. This defect has led to paralysis at international airports, such as in the United States, where the American aviation agency said: American Airlines has stopped the movement of aircraft due to a communication problem, as well as in Australia and the Netherlands in addition to many countries of the world. In a related context, the cybersecurity company CrowdStrike said: 'We are aware of reports of a flaw in the Windows operating system of one of the servers and are working to address it.'
