Doha, July 31 (QNA) - The Qatari Al Gannas Association concluded its distinguished participation in the 12th edition of the Larache International Festival of Culture, Arts and Heritage in Morocco, organized from July 25-30 under the theme 'Folk arts are a cultural heritage and the basis of development.' The Al Gannas Association is a key partner in the Larache Festival, which is a meeting point for the cultures of Arab, African, and Asian peoples. This is the association's eleventh consecutive participation since the festival's launch. President of Al Gannas Association Ali bin Khatam Al Mahshadi led Qatar's delegation alongside Vice President of the Association Mohammed bin Abdul Latif Al Misnad, Association's Secretary Zayed Mohammed Al Ali Al Maadeed, and a number of the association's officials. The President of the Al Gannas Association, his Vice President, and a number of officials from the Abdel Samad Al Kanfawi association for Moroccan culture, heritage, and arts crowned the winners of the competitio ns supervised and organized by the association, which were met with a great public interest, such as the Saluki race, the shotgun shooting competition, the archery competition, and the visual arts competition. The Al Gannas Association participated in the Larache International Festival for Culture, Arts and Heritage on the first day of the festival, which witnessed a large turnout, diversity in its segments, and the presentation of a number of elements of the rich Moroccan heritage. The President of the Al Gannas Association thanked the officials of the Abdel Samad Al Kanfawi association, the organizer of the festival, for their kind fraternal invitation to participate in the festival, and congratulated the winners of the various competitions.
