HE Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and member of the Organizing Committee of the Conference of the Parties (COP29) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, Anar Alakbarov, met with HE Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Climate Change and Sustainability, Bader bin Omar Al Dafa. The meeting discussed cooperation ties between the two countries and ways to strengthen them, especially in the areas of climate change and sustainability, in addition to the preparations for the Conference of the Parties (COP29) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change slated to be convened in Baku, Azerbaijan, in November.
