Bahrain All Share Index closed at 1,987.74 points marking an increase of 1.42 points above the previous closing.
This increase was due to the raise in the communication service sector, consumer discretionary sector and financials sector.
Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 782.87 points marking an increase of 4.33 points above the previous closing.
Results indicated that 83 equity transactions took place with a volume of 2,805,682 worth BD 675,136.
Investors traded mainly in the financial sector representing 74.47% of the total value of securities traded.
