Manama, The Kingdom of Bahrain has completed its preparations to host the 33rd Arab Summit, to be held on Thursday, and will presided by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. The preparations were guided by royal directives and with the support and follow up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. The preparatory committee, led by General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior, has conducted ongoing meetings and round the clock field follow-ups to ensure the success of the Arab Summit, which demonstrates Bahrain's approach to supporting Arab unity and joint action. Furthermore, the summit's media centre has completed its preparations to facilitate the work of media professionals, by providing them with all necessary logistical and technical services required. The kingdom's streets, highways and landmarks are currently adorned with flags of Arab countries and portraits of their leaders, reflecting Arab unity and solidarity and cel ebrating Bahrain's hosting of this historic summit.
