The Kingdom advanced to the 18th place in the E-Participation Index, improving by 47 positions, and secured 23rd place globally in the Online Service Index (OSI), a jump of 31 positions. This highlights Bahrain's advanced technical infrastructure and unified platform for comprehensive eServices and overall digital transformation. This reflects the improvement made in human capital data by the Information and eGovernment Authority, in cooperation with Ministry of Education, as well as the training and certification initiatives by the iGA, including the Technical Development Program launched by the iGA in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour. Additionally, Manama ranked 13th globally among 193 cities, advancing by 12 positions. The survey showcased Bahrain's progress in the Online Services Index.
