Petr Parkhomchyk, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus met with Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak bin Daina, Oil and Environment Minister, Special Envoy for Climate Affairs.
The meeting discussed further developing cooperation in the fields of energy, oil, and environment.
The minister praised Belarus’s strategic position in the oil sector as well as its expertise, and technological capabilities in this field.
He affirmed the keenness of Bahrain to further enhance the cooperation and investment opportunities in development projects between the two countries and stressed the importance of exchanging expertise between companies.
They also discussed the most current and future projects in the oil sector, in addition to exploring means to enhance cooperation in the field of natural gas and benefit from modern technologies and studies on the extraction of gas from deep layers commercially, which contributes to strengthening the national economy.
