Blackwolf Announces DTC Eligibility and Approval to Trade on the OTCQB

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / January 24, 2024 / Blackwolf Copper and Gold Ltd. ("Blackwolf" or the "Company") (TSXV:BWCG)(OTCQB:BWCGF) is pleased to announce that trading of its common shares in the United States has successfully been upgraded from the OTC Pink Open Market to the OTCQB Venture Market (the "OTCQB") by OTC Markets Group Inc. ("OTC Markets"). The Company has also received The Depository Trust Company (the "DTC") eligibility in the United States, thus allowing the Company's stock to be more easily traded by and accessible to US institutional and retail investors.

Blackwolf currently trades on the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") in Canada under the symbol "BWCG" and will continue to trade on the TSXV after the OTCQB listing. The Company's common shares begin trading on the OTCQB under the symbol "BWCGF" as of the opening of the market on January 24, 2024.
