Voters in the UK headed to the polls on Thursday to vote in the general election. Opinion polls show the centre-left Labour Party is set for a big win in Thursday's vote. A total of 650 parliamentary constituencies are being contested in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Polls still show the opposition Labour Party and its leader Keir Starmer on course to win by a margin of about 20 percentage points.
