Manama, Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), met with a number of senior BDF officers. Lieutenant-General Abdullah bin Hassan Al Nuaimi, Minister of Defence Affairs, attended the meeting. The Commander-in-Chief affirmed that under the constant support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and with the follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and Prime Minister, the BDF continues advancing all its weapons and units. The BDF has sustained its progress and development through modern military systems and qualitative combat equipment, and continually enhancing capabilities through training and administrative support, he said.
