The 9th Eastern Economic Forum kicked off in the city of Vladivostok in the Russian Far East on Tuesday under the theme "Far East 2030. Combining Strengths to Create New Potential". The four-day forum features more than 70 events across seven tracks, including international cooperation, technological sovereignty, and transport logistics, with the participation of 4,200 figures. Russian President Vladimir Putin will deliver a speech at the forum's plenary session, in which he will address current events in the global economy, and the development of the Russian Far East with its wealth, human, scientific and logistical capabilities.
