Riyadh, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, participated in GCC-Russia Joint Ministerial Meeting for Strategic Dialogue, held today at the GCC Secretariat in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The meeting was chaired by Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Qatar's Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, representing the current GCC presidency, with Sergey Lavrov, Russia's Foreign Minister, leading the Russian delegation. GCC Secretary-General Jassim Al Budaiwi was also in attendance. The discussions covered strengthening GCC-Russia relations through the 2023-2028 joint action plan, along with enhancing political, economic, and developmental cooperation for common benefit.
