Paris - Ma'an - French Foreign Minister Stephane Ségournet said on Monday that talks on a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip are making progress but are still characterized by caution. 'Things are moving forward, but you always have to be careful in these discussions and negotiations,' Sigourney said in the Saudi capital, Riyadh. 'The situation in Gaza is catastrophic and we need a ceasefire.'
