The number of casualties due to the Israeli offensive in the Gaza Strip, since Oct.7, 2023, has surged to 39,258 martyrs, and 90,589 wounded, according to health authorities in Gaza, on Saturday. In their daily report on casualty figures, the health authorities added that the Israeli occupation army committed four brutal massacres in the Gaza Strip, while 41 martyrs and 106 injured were whisked off to hospitals over the past 24 hours. The report highlighted that due to the relentless Israeli aggression on Gaza, for the 295th day, still several of victims are either under the rubble, or left on streets, with medical and civil defense personnel being unable to reach them. Since Oct.7, 2023, the unprecedented and intense Israeli onslaught has continued unabated, through conducting airstrikes, ground offensive and assault from sea, in addition to committing bloody massacres against the Palestinian civilians, resulting in dozens of casualties and missing people, as well as inflicting massive devastation upon th e critical infrastructure. The aggression caused unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe in the enclave due to Israeli restrictions imposed on the delivery of water, medicine and fuel supplies. Source: Qatar News Agency
