German football federation (DFB) director Oliver Bierhoff has tested positive for the coronavirus shortly after attending the World Cup group stage draw in Qatar. Bierhoff, 53, missed an appointment relating to the new DFB acadamy in Frankfurt as he is curently isolating, the federation said. Germany were paired in World Cup Group E with Spain, Japan and either Costa Rica or New Zealand at last Friday’s draw in Doha.
