Doha The price of gold in the Qatari market decreased by 0.25 percent during the current week, reaching USD 2,502.64000 per ounce, according to data issued by Qatar National Bank. The data showed that the price of gold fell from USD 2508.91430 per ounce, which it recorded last Sunday. It also indicated that the rest of the precious metals recorded a week-to-week increase of 1.44 percent for silver, which reached USD 29.47630 per ounce Thursday, up from USD 29.05750 recorded on Sunday, and 0.89 percent for platinum, which recorded USD 969.06900 per ounce today, compared to the USD 960.46350 per ounce, which it was at the beginning of the week.
