Gaza - Ma'an - Hamas leader Izzat al-Rishq said that Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Galant's admission that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is the party obstructing the achievement of a prisoner exchange deal confirms "his stubbornness and evasion of this obligation." Al-Rashq added in a statement: "Galant, the occupation's war minister, admitting that (Israel is the reason for the delay in concluding a deal to return the kidnapped soldiers) confirms what we have always said, that Netanyahu is lying to the world and to the families of the prisoners." He continued in his statement: "These statements confirm that Netanyahu does not care about the lives of the prisoners and does not want to reach an agreement, and that all he cares about is the continuation and expansion of the war." He stressed that "all the flexibility and positivity that Hamas offered by agreeing to what was included in Biden's proposal and the Security Council resolution to facilitate reaching an agreement, was met with Netanyahu's intra nsigence and evasion of this entitlement." Al-Rashq called on the world to "pressure Netanyahu and his government to stop the aggression and the war of extermination in Gaza, and to reach a prisoner exchange deal." Source: Maan News Agency
