The Forbes Middle East magazine has disclosed its first list "The Middle East Top Healthcare Leaders" represented by 50 leaders among the most innovative entrepreneurs of the major companies in the health sector in the Middle East and the most influential figures. They include HE Dr. Hanan Mohamed Al Kuwari, Minister of Public Health, and Mr. Khalid Mohammed Al-Emadi, Chief Executive Officer of Medicare Group.
HE the Minister of Public Health and Managing Director of Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) ranked second in the list.
Mr. Khalid Mohammed Al-Emadi, Chief Executive Officer of Medicare Group ranked 44th in the list.
Since 2007, HE has been the managing director of HMC, which runs 12 hospitals across Qatar, as well as the National Ambulance Service and multiple home and residential care services. She also became Qatar's Minister of Public Health in 2016.
