Head of Libya's Presidential Council Mohamed Al-Menfi discussed Thursday with Richard Norland, US envoy to Libya Richard Norland, the latest political, economic and security developments in Libya. The meeting also stressed the importance of advancing the political process with the aim of reaching elections.
