HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent a written message to HM King of Spain Felipe VI, pertaining to bilateral relations and ways to enhance and develop them.
The message was handed over by HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Kingdom of Spain Abdullah bin Ibrahim Al Hamar, during his meeting with HE Head of Protocol of the King's Household Bernardo de Lizaur.
