Abuja - H H the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent a written message to President Muhammadu Buhari, President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, relating to bilateral relations and ways to support and develop them.
The message was delivered by HE Dr. Ali bin Ghanem Al-Hajri, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Nigeria, when the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria received him in his office at the Presidential Palace.
