His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to Kyrgyzstan President Sadyr Japarov, on his country's Independence Day.
His Majesty expressed his best wishes of health and happiness to the president, and to Kyrgyzstan further progress and prosperity.
