Manama, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Decree (56) of 2024 restructuring the board of directors of Bapco Energies B.S.C. (C), based on a proposal by the Prime Minister and following the approval of the Cabinet. Article I The Bapco Energies B.S.C. (C) board of directors shall be restructured and chaired by His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor and Secretary General of the Supreme Defence Council. The board shall consist of the following members: 1- Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Vice-Chairman. 2- Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Bin Daina, Member. 3- Khalid bin Amr Al Rumaihi, Member. 4- Faisal Mohamed Al Mahroos, Member. 5- Abdulla Jehad Al Zain, Member. 6- Hadyah Mohamed Fathalla, Member. 7- Bob Warren Dudley, Member. 8- Tony Hayward, Member. 9- Mark Thomas, Member. Article II The term of the Board of Directors shall be three years and could be renewed. Article III The Prime Minister and the Ministers - each in their capacity - s hall implement this decree that shall be effective from the date of its issuance, and be published in the Official Gazette.
