Manama, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Decree (66) of 2024, appointing general directors at the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA), based on a proposal from the Minister of Cabinet Affairs and following the approval of the Cabinet. Article I The following shall be appointed at the rank of Assistant Undersecretaries at Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities: 1. Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, as Director General of Heritage. 2. Farah Mohammed Khalid Yousef Mattar, as Director General of Culture and Museums. 3. Dr. Salman Ahmed Ibrahim Al Mahari, as Director General of Antiquities. Article II The President of the BACA shall implement this decree, which shall take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette. Source : Bahrain News Agency
