Manama, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Decree (75) of 2024, restructuring the Board of Trustees of the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR), based on a proposal by the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs, and Endowments, and following the approval of the Cabinet. Article I The Board of Trustees of the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution shall be restructured and chaired by Ali Abdullah Al Aradi and include the following members: 1. Sir Christopher Greenwood 2. Tom Sikora 3. Meg Kinnear 4. Reza Mohtashami 5. Darius Khambata 6. Amina Jaffar Al Anesi 7. Aisha Abdullah Mutaiwee 8. Marike Paulsson The membership term of the board shall last for three years. Article II The Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs, and Endowments shall implement this decree, which shall be effective from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
