His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa ratified and issued law 10/2023.
The law ratified the agreement between Bahrain and Japan on reciprocal promotion and protection of investment, following its approval by the Shura Council and the Council of Representatives.
The agreement, attached to this law, was signed in Manama on June 23, 2022.
The Prime Minister and ministers, each in their capacity, shall implement the provisions of the law, which takes effect the day following its publication in the Official Gazette.
