The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning announced that citizens existing applications with the ministry are urged to update their income details during the period August 4-October 31. The ministry indicated that applicants can to update income details online by attaching documents through the eService labeled "update income details" on bahrain.bh. The ministry said that applicants must carry out the mandatory update within the specified time period in order to ensure the continuation of the housing request. Applicants unable to complete the procedure, can book an appointment online through the "income update service inquiries" service launched by the ministry on their website. The service allows citizens to communicate visually with customer service centre staff for inquiries related to the service. The Ministry also provides support and assistance services through their hotline 80008001 or through the customer service centre platform on the Ministry's website. The ministry stated that this procedure is aimed at updating the ministry's database and contributes to supporting development plans for housing services to citizens. It also aims to ensure that the citizens' data continues to match the service. The ministry recommended that applicants register with the government notifications service to receive text messages sent by the ministry in this regard. Source: Bahrain News Agency
